Steve passed on May, 14, 2000 after a 28 year struggle with Muscular Dystrophy.

Survived By: Son of Catherine Werner and Frederick (Laurie) Werner of Waldo, Wis., Brother of Allen (Susan) of Milwaukee, two sisters, Danielle and Stephanie Werner, both of Waldo and the late Michael.

A lifetime fan of the New England Patriots, even when they were horrible, and a true friend who taught others humility as he faced adversity every day.
